Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Pulse Promote, we prioritize customer satisfaction and work diligently to ensure the success of your digital marketing and software development projects. However, we understand that there may be instances where cancellation or refunds are necessary. Please read our policy carefully to understand the terms.

Cancellation Policy

1.Service Cancellation:
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to our customer service team.
  • Cancellations are only accepted before the initiation of project work or digital marketing campaigns. Once work has commenced, the project is non-refundable.
  • If you cancel a service after it has been started, you will be liable for payment of the work completed up to the cancellation date
2. Recurring Services:
  • Subscriptions or recurring services can be cancelled anytime, but the cancellation must be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
  • Services already delivered during the billing period are non-refundable.
3. Refund Policy:
  • Refunds are only applicable for services that have not yet been initiated.
  • Once a project or service is started, refunds will be processed based on the completion stage. Partial refunds may be offered depending on the amount of work completed, at our sole discretion.
  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the initial payment for the project.
4. Eligibility for Refund:
  • Services not delivered as promised or technical issues caused by Pulse Promote may be eligible for a refund.
  • Dissatisfaction due to reasons outside of our control, such as changes in your business needs, will not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Refundable Services:
  • Custom software development services once initiated.
  • Social media promotions, advertising campaigns, or SEO services that have already commenced.
  • Indicate that the reproduction is a copy of the version available at [URL where original document is available]
How to Apply for a Refund:
  • Send an email to contact@pulsepromote.world with your order details, project name, and reason for the refund request.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days if eligible.
