Delivery of Services

  • Upon completion, all project deliverables, including source codes, software, or applications, will be delivered via secure online transfer, email, or other digital means as agreed upon.
  • Delivery timelines for each project will be discussed and agreed upon in advance, depending on the complexity of the project.
3. Digital Products (if applicable):
  • For downloadable products such as templates or software tools, you will receive a download link via email after payment confirmation.
  • Links to digital products will be available immediately or within 24 hours after successful payment.
Shipping of Physical Products (if applicable):
  • In cases where physical products such as marketing materials, merchandise, or hardware devices are required, shipping costs and timelines will be discussed beforehand.
  • We use reliable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.
  • Delivery times will vary depending on your location, and shipping details will be provided once the product is dispatched.
Order Tracking:
  • For physical goods, we will provide tracking information once your order has been shipped.
  • Digital delivery updates and confirmations will be sent through the agreed communication platform (email or project management tool).
Delivery Delays:
  • Pulse Promote will not be responsible for delays caused by issues beyond our control, such as technical issues, client feedback delays, or third-party failures.
  • For physical shipments, delays due to shipping carriers or customs clearance are beyond our control, but we will keep you informed of the shipment status.
