Welcome to PulsePromote. By using our digital marketing services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please go through these terms and conditions carefully before you engage with our services.

Scope of Services

We provide a comprehensive suite of digital marketing services but are not limited to:

• Social Media Optimization
• Pay-Per Click
• Website Design & Development
• Social Media Marketing
• Social Media Management
• Email Marketing
• Content Marketing

The scope of services are outlined in the service agreement or proposal.

Payment Terms

All the services are bound by a signed contract and upfront payment or a deposit, whichever is specified in the agreement.

Make note to adhere to the payment schedules as late payments may incur penalties or suspension of services.

Taxes and additional charges (if applicable) will be included in the invoice.

Client Responsibilities

Provide all the required information, access, and approvals to us so we can perform the services effectively.

Make sure that the content material or information that you provide us with does not infringe on third-party rights or violate laws.

Proper and immediate communication is appreciated to avoid any delays.

Confidentiality

We agree to keep all the information provided by our clients confidential and will make use of it only when needed for delivering the agreed services. In the same manner, the client also agrees to not disclose any proprietary information, strategies, or tools that we provide.

Intellectual Property Rights

All the materials we create for our clients including graphics, logos, and marketing materials will all be owned by the client after the full payment has been processed.

Any pre-existing intellectual property that had been used during the project will be the sole property of the owner.

Service Timelines and Deliverables

We ensure that your projects and campaigns are delivered within the agreed timelines. If there are any delays due to any unforeseen circumstances or lack of communication from the clients will be communicated promptly.

Performance and Results

We work hard to generate optimal outcomes for your campaigns, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as traffic, rankings, conversions, etc. due to external factors that are not under our control such as algorithm changes, market trends, etc.

Cancellation and Termination

Either parties (PulsePromote or the client) can terminate the agreement with 30 days* prior notice.

Upon terminating the agreement, the client will be provided with the invoice for the services that they have used till the date of termination.

There will be no refunds for the services that have already been completed.

Limitation of Liability

PulsePromote is not liable for:

• Any loss of profits or revenue
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Issues that the third-parties or tools cause

Indemnification and Governance

The client agrees to hold us harmless for any claims, damages, or expenses that arise due to the use of our services.

These laws are governed by the laws of Noida, Uttar Pradesh. If there are any disputes, they will be resolved in the courts of Uttar Pradesh.

Amendments

PulsePromote reserves the rights to amend or update the terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified for any changes made in these terms.
